Regenerative Medicine

Infinity Health was born out of the desire to see every human being live the life they deserve to live. Our purpose is to use the medical breakthrough of regenerative medicine to help you finally eliminate your chronic joint pain and get your life back. Too many people are missing out on the very things they value in their lives due to chronic joint pain. They can no longer play golf, work in the yard, play with the grandkids, or simply walk around in the grocery store. This may sound all too familiar to you. If it does, it doesn’t have to. There is a new and better way, and Infinity Health is changing lives through regenerative medicine.

The Process

The process of receiving regenerative medicine treatments begins with the most important step, and that is to determine whether or not you are a good candidate for the treatment. Not everyone is, and it is very important to make sure you are given the best chance for success. To do this, Dr. Huneycutt takes the time to sit down with you for a very thorough consultation, examination, and X-rays (if necessary). This appointment generally takes about 45 minutes. He will review the findings with you during the consultation, and based on these findings, he will give you his best recommendations.

If you are not a good candidate for regenerative medicine, he will discuss alternative treatment options with you and possibly refer you to the proper healthcare expert. If you are a good candidate, he will discuss in detail what treatment options will potentially give you the absolute best results. From there, he will formulate a specific plan tailored to your needs. This includes determining how many joints will be treated and scheduling the treatment.

The actual process of receiving the treatment is relatively quick and painless! During your next appointment, our Nurse Practitioner will administer the injection into the targeted joint or joints. It is the same delivery method as any other joint injection. There will be no wait in our office, and this process only takes a few minutes. There is no downtime, and usually there is no need to discontinue your normal activities. If you are a highly active person, such as a distance runner or highly competitive athlete, it may be advised that you lessen activity level a bit to allow your affected joint an opportunity to heal properly. You are free to drive home and go on about your day.
